Dr. Welch was very good and kind. He is an amazing doctor. I've only seen him twice but he's very good. So are all the other staff. They all do there very best to give you an experience of understanding and healing. I get nervous to go to hospital but there staff put me at ease. Thank you Kettering health network and employees. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was all extremely nice, probably the nicest I’ve encountered anywhere in a long time. The wait was horrid though, which I give some grace bc it was the end of a holiday weekend. We got there at 430 and were in the room right away but didn’t get seen until about 615. Once we were seen, they didn’t really do much. I was mostly concerned about one main issue, and they said to follow up with his primary. So that we shall do. Almost a wasted trip, but I am a better safe than sorry kind of person.

Sunday ER was slow, so I got in without delay. All on duty were friendly, concerned and professional! Care and exam were on point and the er diagnosis was accurate, agreeing with my follow up Dr. visit. Thank you to intake staff, 2 wonderful nurses and Dr. W!

Kettering Health Preble ER was a very pleasant experience. I got into the emergency room quickly and the staff was very fast and gave quality service. I could tell that everybody who treated me cared about my health and the quality service they were giving. I am very grateful for everybody in the ER who helped me in my time of need.
