When I heard that Hot Heads in Eaton, OH was under new management at the beginning of 2022, I had to check it out. Needless to say, it was the best food that I've ever had from Hot Heads. Terrible service, could try to put a smile on. Doesn't know how to make a bowl correctly. Forgot sauce and put items on that aren't on it. Chips are awful, very small bag of broken stale chips. Ordered cantina nachos and lid doesnt even …ZoAnn we will pass this along to the store manager so they can follow up with the team about this issues so that they are not reoccurring. You can dine in but when you order they have a plastic sneeze guard of course but they also have a line belt barrier. So you cant even get up to the sneeze guard. They allow customers to sit at alternate tables so they're 6 ft apart. Hope this help! Enjoy!
