Capstone stinks

Checked in at gate @ 0710 for a 1000 appt. Parked out of the way until they called since I was early. Was in a door by 0725 and unloaded by 0750. It took me longer to get these guys paid than it took them to unload. Once my payment went through they immediately released me. Probably the fastest in regards to Capstone Lumpers. Have to stay in your truck. Just follow the easy to read instructions the guard shack gives you. Hope your visit was as pleasant as mine!

This place is a complete waste of time, I only have one pallet for them weighing 335 pounds, it is taking them over an hour to get it off my truck, do you have to wait in your truck until they are finished unloading. If you don’t believe me check all the bad reviews this place is Completely unorganized and in disarray, starting from the guy in the gate house all the way to door number 24.

Overall not too bad somewhat fast unloading once you get a door place is kinda of tight to move around, and no parking at facilities but there is parking on Jhon Handcock rd leading up to the entrance gate.

**Please note that we require a 48 Business Hours notice for scheduling any appointment. **All Drivers are required to have Steel Toed shoes on and a Safety Vest to be on our dock at any time. Our receiving hours are Monday-Friday 4am-10:30am & 12pm. We break from 11am-11:45am for lunch & 8:00am for break-No Appointments are made for these times. Saturday (starting 10/12/16)-6:00am to 2:00pm. Express Hours-no appointment needed (99 cases or less combined) Monday-Friday-5am-11am & 12pm-12:30pm. Please note: We do not start receiving Cooler until 5:00am. There is no overnight parking in our lot. Drivers must leave when finished. If they arrive early for their appointment they can park on John Hancock Road.
They do not allow overnight parking, there is a wal mart close by that will allow you to stay overnight, plenty of other trucks stay there too. Also if your late for your appointment they will NOT take you, you will spend quite a bit of time here so prepare for a long unload! Security guard is also very rude, just a warning.

I get there 15 - 20 minutes early, sometimes they get me right in. Sometimes they make me wait. If you're REALLY early I'm guessing probably not.

There are areas to park, more than likely have to ask for permission. There is a hotel near by with a big enough parking lot, and across from industrial park there is a BJ's and tractor supply
There is someone in there from 4am until noon. Any other time press the button on the intercom
Its negative people like you , who make our job more difficult, and I think you should really be more compassionate for a tired truck driver who drives so many hours . Just so you can eat, sleep, all cozy and uh f it wasn't for us trucker's people would starve, run out of gasoline, health products. The fact is your rudeness and calling the police is wrong. Next time knock on the driver door and tell him. There are times when drivers are so tired they pass out , some of them fall asleep in the drivers seat.
