The fully furnished one and two bedroom condos are available all year long. Jan/Feb/March are peak months and do book quickly as we also have folks come back year after year. You can rent as long as you like but we do prefer a minimum of a full month. All units also include wifi, cable, internet, and utilities included in the rent at no additional cost.You can contact us for details.

The monthly rate will fluctuate per season. Jan/Feb/March are peak month which charge the higher rates. Other months do drop considerably. The rates also include all utilities with a generous cap of 200. Wifi, internet, cable, phone, are include at no extra charge in the monthly rental fee.
