Front staff is extremely rude. The Drs. are great but the staff on the other hand are going to cost them. Angie and Kristin are wonderful! but for the others its a shame that the office is so nice and have rude staff. Stephanie always has an attitude in person and over the phone.

Dr. Hann is a master, and the staff is world class. Newberry Clinic is out of network for me, but so worth it.

I have been a patient with the Newberry clinic since 2012. I am a  Patient of Dr. Hann. My experiences have always been great and everybody has always been the greatest since day one. All of a sudden they got a new receptionist her name is Stephanie. When I call to schedule an appointment for Dr. Hann they usually  Could get me in immediately with a short wait or at least within the same day. Usually when I call it's because I am in severe pain or my back has locked up on me and spasming. It has taken me 2 weeks and I have not gotten an appointment but instead dismissed from the practice. Every time I ask for an appointment Stephanie tells me no or it's not available.  I would even go in and wait for the next availability and she would tell me no. I would even schedule appointments for the next day and she would tell me there is not one available. So I had somebody that I know that  goes to the clinic call and ask for an appointment and they got in within the same day. I also ask to be transferred to Dr. Hann voicemail so I could speak with him because I know At some point after my pregnancy we wanted to do some lab work for arthritis. She denied me to leave a voicemail and to speak with Dr. Hann every time I called. One day I called 10 times to try to make an appointment and they kept ignoring the call so I called from someone else's phone and she put me on hold and gave me to Kim. When I told Kim who I was she said "Oh, I figured as much" I do not appreciate the way these 2 staff members would treat a long term patient and because of that I know people that I referred to this clinic who are going to pull their records and leave as well, they have also mentioned how Snotty Stephanie is everytime they go in for an appointment. And yes I was rude right back because I did nothing but try to get in to see my Dr and this lady wants to treat patients the way she does, it's not a good thing for your practice.

I tried to get in contact with three different Chiropractor's and Newberry Clinic- Angie was the only one to get back to me ASAP! Upon arrrival Lindsey (Front desk) greeted me with a smile,checked my temperature and provided some paperwork. A short time later I was sitting with Dr. Hann. They are very efficient at Newberry Clinic. Dr. Fernandez was very thorough when completing my exam. He played a major role in getting me properly diagnosed. Dr. Hann is a great guy, and does great work. He took out time and explained everything to me. This place is really top-of-the-line! 5 Star!!
