NK location currently has no attending physician, only nurse practitioners. Be aware that when you go here to see "a doctor" there aren't any actual doctors. Editing to add: I finally found a doctor who was interested in diagnosing the disruptive pain I'd been experiencing for several years rather than chalking it up to anxiety. Turns out I have arthritis in my 20s, but the NP I saw here did literally zero diagnostics or differentiation and wouldn't even listen to advice I was given in the past by a physical therapist, leaving me to suffer in pain unnecessarily for an extra two years. Ill never understand how you could listen to a patient who is upset about being in pain, and pathologize the emotional response to the pain. It was unbelievable and totally inappropriate, really just a shockingly low standard of care. I met someone in the community who saw the same NP and had the same complaints, so I know it's not just me. At this point I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs care from a doctor and to please understand that NPs are not doctors (90% of them work full time while receiving their education, unlike actual doctors) and should not be practicing independently as if they were. Thundermist has real doctors. I'm glad I switched.

When I first became a well-one patient, they were right on. The nurse practitioners were great and attentive. Unfortunately that has changed and now you are just a number. I had blood work done and I did not hear back from the NP for 2 to 3 weeks so I was calling them. Finally, they called me back and turns out I had very high cholesterol. It is clear they are now maximizing the number of patients they have in a day. And I cannot just walk in and get blood work done. Other medical practices allow you to just walk in and get blood work done.

Amazing people here! Diana is the best and super caring nurse!!! The blond receptionist is a bit salty though… perhaps she needs to find a new job.
