Everything was poor!! Smelled like a sewer. The parking lot was dug up at the entrance way. Try finding your room at this place! Take a look at my other post.The front desk refused to give me a map of the property to help find the room. The manager Dominic taunted what do you think it disappeared? I luckily found an emergency exit map posted on the inside of the rooms door. Quick see if you can find room 143. None of the numbers are in consecutive order. Pure madness!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are smaller than dorm rooms in college, even with two beds! Half the hotel smells like LIT cigarettes and heavy smoke and the other side smells like dirty laundry and sewer. The management staff was rude and admitted to ignoring calls right in front of us during their conversation sitting st the desk while we were checking in. We were staying for work THANK THE LORD, but they tried taking OUR card for a deposit and fees. Had to call our boss for them to drop it. On top of all of that, i woke up at 3am to a BEDBUG crawling on me! I have video evidence but cannot post it. Staff said its not a bed bug when it CLEARLY is, and very much so alive and crawling in the video.

The front desk people were very courteous and kind. They were the only good thing abt the place. Air vents were clogged with dust. There was much dust and dirt behind bed. Towel holders were rusted underneath. The bathroom had tiny flies. The room was tiny. The mattress was barely ok. This is a Wyndham property. I will avoid Wyndham in the future.

It was perfect for what we needed. Definitely not a family destination. The room we had should not have been on market. The bathroom is a personal injury waiting to happen. Although service was VERY clean and friendly. I did notice some questionable long term residents at the establishment. There is absolutely no security. There was someone banging on my door in the middle of the night calling out for "Trixy", so not staying there again.
