We’ve used Hartmann for the last year and a half we’ve lived in the area. I want to thank Tammy for always being kind and professional on the phone. We also want to thank Chuck and Dustin. These guys rock. They take the time to find the real issues w/the irrigation, they keep us up on everything as they go along, they’re very thorough, professional and friendly. Chuck has even shared some tips for our tropical fruit trees. They also offer a no-charge call back policy too- if they have to come back for an issue they’ve already addressed, there’s no charge. Hartmann Irrigation is definitely our go-to company.

Questions & Answers

We are planning a good bit of additional landscaping. Do we have the sprinkler system installed first or landscape first? The landscaping will need water so I'm thinking we should put in the sprinklers now and work around them

Typically you would install an irrigation system first to accommodate the new landscape plan and then we would return to adjust and ensure coverage of the new plants. When planting, you would need to be careful not to hit any new pipes or heads, but they would be flagged to make this process easier.

What can it be when I turn on the pump it just clicks

It could be a couple things. If you can check voltage to the pump and it's getting power, then the problem is likely in the pump. If it is not getting voltage then you may have a problem in the pump start relay or the breaker.
