All time the best cruise parking for the port Kathy and Jennifer are excellent caring people. We came back from cruise and lock keys in car they were very helpful with helping us. The bus drivers are amazing people no complaints over here will be back again

An excellent experience. Super friendly and efficient. Our party of 13 included 2 toddlers and the staff were on time and waiting as we got off the ship. Price is right. We will use them again on our next cruise.

We just used them last week for out cruise. Everything went extremely smoothly with zero issues coming or going. Sorry to hear your not experiencing the same service.
They have a shuttle running every half hour to and from the port
We enjoyed using them in January, and most likely we will use our next cruise out of Port Canaveral. Price was very reasonable and included shuttle service both ways. We did tip the drivers. I hope this helps.
The Shuttle is a courtesy service provided by CruiseTime. Shuttle drivers are also additionally compensated by passenger tips. ;)

We try to answer every call but generally turn off the phone from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
There is an additional charge for high occupancy vehicles. I beleve its $5 if the car has over 4 passengers.
We just ask that if you do cancel that it is within 24hours of your cruise
It has a fence around 3/4 of it except the entrance.
Hi Barbera, we usually try to wait about ten muinutes to fill the shuttle before leaving as we pay a toll for entering the port. But this is only within reason as we dont want To Keep You Waiting. The shuttles run pretty regularly so if you see one you can hop on or give us a call anf we'll send a shuttle to you. The drive to the port is about ten minutes from the lot.
