If you are on MAT I suggest you look elsewhere for a provider, the staff are callous and disrespectful, 50% of my appointments have been faux-booked where the receptionist literally talked to me about dates times. The doctors are qualified but the building is filthy.

Therapist is awesome!! Receptionist absolutely suck they never answer the phone and are always rude over the phone when you do get through and in person.

No Medical Doctors on site, disgusting dirty filthy place, they never answer phone calls nor return calls, they don't have any follow up as far as other very serious medical conditions going on with patients thereby putting all the other patients at risk of their own health being severely affected. If I could've voted no stars I would have actually given negatives.

The staff are the best, they're honest and they really believe in what they're doing. Diana is the best!!! This place is NO FRILLS, and there are bugs and mice, but it'll save your life if you let it.

You have to book a family therapeutic session, and that's only after the patient makes it to CSS. There are no set visiting hours as there are no set visits. Daily phone calls out-going from the facility 10 minutes a day. You can drop off cigarettes every unit has a different set time for drop offs
