I have been to the Thompson Road Location twice and they have been very attentive!! Didnt have me waiting too long. A few X rays and sent scripts to the pharmacy of my choice. Made sure i was all set!

I have literally never experienced such horrific healthcare in my life! My husband attempted to bring our daughter here this evening after she awoke with horrible ear pain. He arrived at the facility at 10:40pm and closing is 11pm. The doors were open and unlocked. He was told they would not see our daughter because “they were too busy for the one provider that was on and were just getting caught up.” My husband tried to explain that this was not an injury and he apologized for the late hour and attempted to explain she woke up like this so he rushed her over. The woman was rude and never attempted to speak with a provider or a nurse. When I called back to attempt for her to be seen she told me they’ve been at capacity since 9pm and if our daughter couldn’t wait until morning then we were free to go to the ER. She was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me there wasn’t one. This isn’t medical care and this is unacceptable. If your hours state you are open until 11pm and your doors are open and unlocked, then you are required to see the patient. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have worked in Urgent Care for a long time. Late patients might be an inconvenience to your staff, but they certainly still deserve proper care.

Everyone at the Thompson Road facility from reception, nurses, caregivers, were exceptional and very friendly. They took me in quickly, did my testing, and results came back in a timely manner. Exceptional performance! I would highly recommend them.

I have visited this urgent care center 2 times in the last few months & had a great experience both times. The nurses are all genuinely nice & thorough. A potential exposure is a definite exposure if you have a thought that you might have it then go get tested don't hesitate don't question it just get tested. The life you save may be your own or your father's
I don't think you need to pay for it even though they ask you to bring your insurance cards. You do need a form of an ID
I do not know the price as my insurance covers it, but my results came back in 3 business days . Friday my test was done at about 2pm and my results were online by Wednesday
This is true, I was tested on a Friday and the results were available on Wednesday.
Last time I was there it cost $84.
You can check in online and they'll give you an appointment time instead of waiting in the waiting room.
