The staff at this place are so good at what they do , I had a small stroke and was overwhelmed with panic attacks they have been subsiding since Boston Neuro has been working with me , they coordinate with your doctors very well , I've begun to get my life back and am so grateful for the opportunity to have these health care professionals help me do so , highly recommended on a scale of 1 to 10 I think I'll give them an 11

Sadly this was one of the most terrifying things to have ever happened to me. There was a problem with the billing and because of that I was unable to speak with my doctor. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I was crying and begged the person to tell my doctor I was out of the meds. To please at least refill my prescription. They promised they would have it done and have the doctor call me. I never got the call and they didn’t refill my prescription. I waited hoping the doctor would call and tell me what to do. The call never came. All night I thought about killing myself. I am happy to say I had someone come be with me. I had on several occasions tried getting my insurance information but because there was a problem I needed to call. I finally got the problem resolved and the bill paid. However, I don’t know why my medication was not refilled or why the doctor never called. I stopped taking the meds and feel better. I am still afraid of myself but I’m talking with family and friends daily. I can’t in good conscience recommend this place. My life was not worth a phone call. I am afraid if I recommend you then it might cost someone else their live. All this over a payment issue.

Dr. Munir was replacing my NP who because she was sick, and not even knowing me and my medical history he wanted to change my prescription and dosage. He was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Completely unprofessional, he could care less about patients that are not even his.
