Before I could unmute myself, the representative had expressed her annoyance (rudely, I might add) for having to wait more than 2 seconds for a response. I am not exaggerating…. TWO SECONDS.

Giant pick-up service is great! Josh shopped my items, packed them so neat and organized. Greeted me out front and loaded them in my truck. It’s the 2nd time I had the pleasure to meet him and he went above and behind both times.
