I ordered 1 platter and took over 20 minutes nobody inside eating and nobody in drive thru and lady working drive thru asked us to pull forward to help cut down the drive thru time! Now I see why

They should change their hours online to match their dine in hours. Just drove 20 mins and they were closed...at 3pm? Staff shortage, BS. Everytime we've been there it's only 2 people working and the dine in, it's empty.

Tried to get Dinner at 7pm. Lights were off! Doors were locked! I thought they didn't close till 9???

Nice employees! I went through the drive-thru, they were quick! Love their hush puppies. Their fish is good but overpriced. Fries are tasty and the best cole slaw in town.

Timely service for me. I think the fries are super hot when they are covered in the box, which gives the steam nowhere to go. Some like soft fries some like crunchy. If you can open your box quick you might get them less soft or simply ask they be cooked crispier. Enjoy !!!
