I have been going to AutoZone for parts for years, but I have never received the level of service before like I did from the employees at the Bloomfield location. I ordered parts online to be picked up in Bloomfield but unfortunately, they did not have the caliper I ordered. Eric and Russ went out of their way to track one down for me even when they were short staffed with just the 2 of them trying to help everyone. On top of the great service yesterday, I was changing my brakes today and when I went to put the new pads on, I opened the box to find someone had returned their old used brake pads which I was now the proud owner of. I called and Eric answered the phone, and he remembered me from the day before, so I explained what happened. He apologized, got my address, and dropped off new pads within 20 minutes of me calling. These two employees went above and beyond for me, this will be the only AutoZone I go to moving forward.

I usually buy my auto needs from AutoZone Auto Parts. They are the least expensive and the Associates are very friendly
