Some unhappy lady behind the counter was unpleasant to deal with. She slammed my package on the floor just because I said I didn’t need a receipt from her. I also didn’t need her bad attitude. Worse location in Connecticut

I wanted to give a great review to our mail lady Mandy she has the best customer service attitude!! She always early and is so focus on ensuring she accurate and timely!! We can always tell when she's off or on another route because our mail will then get delivered between the hrs of 4-6!! This branch should use Mandy as an example or tra9others. Thanks Mandy you are the best!!!!!
