Appointments are no longer necessary, however, you need some paperwork to start a free membership. From the official Website: "First Time Visit: Sign-up for a membership Bring your picture ID and one proof of residency to the front desk.  Proof of residency includes your name and current address, dated within the last 90 days. This could be a current utility bill, lease agreement, medical bill, or government document."

All of your questions can be answered by calling (614) 600-6065 and leaving a message, they will call you back and assist you with your questions about hours, volunteering, an apointment etc.

This pantary needs to be open everyday! Yeah l heard alot of great things about the pantary and it looks like a grocery store which is awesome, but it needs to be open everyday!

Cameron Belmont | Sep 23, 2019
Mid-Ohio Market at HEART | Sep 23, 2019

I agree, would love to have it open full time! It takes a lot of great volunteers to just do what we do and hopefully can increase the hours we are open as we get volunteers. If you are interested in helping please let me know.

Really? you're only open on Wednesdays & Saturdays!?

Cameron Belmont | Sep 23, 2019
Ellen Rumpff | Sep 23, 2019

Hi! We are open for shopping 4 times a week. Monday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 and Saturday and Wednesday from 12 pm to 3. We are run by volunteers so we are limited on when we can be open but we would love to be open more! Like the comment above, please call the pantry and they can make you an appointment for a time that works for you.

Make sure that you are Zip Code area around the pantry parameters. Having a church referral gets you access faster. You get a window of your own shopping having set your convenient time. It's a great place with great volunteers.

Can u walk in? I have seen somewhere u have to call for the first appointment. I have called several to.we last year and no one returned my call. Please tell me what I need to do to get assistance.

Mary Oliver | Sep 23, 2018
J.R. O'Bryant | Sep 23, 2018

You need to call for an appointment. If you called sometime last year they've moved locations and changed numbers. Call 211 during regular business hours for an initial appointment, and from there the pantry will schedule your monthly appointment in person. But they don't do walk-ins.
