I have been coming to the same place for years. I love it, it’s convenient, it’s clean. What I dislike is that the cleaning stations are not there anymore. They used to make me want to clean my car. Also, the rug cleaners or the Matt cleaners are no longer existed. Also I would love to have a place where you can fill up a little bucket of water to finish the touchups that the machine often messes. Besides having the water I would love an air hose to completely fix up your vehicle. It would be a grand gesture if you would bring it back to that. I really love the little air nozzle that works great. Otherwise I will always continue using your business.

On June13 I stopped by for a car wash. Install my card got a recipe and waited for the gate to open. The manager came out and said she was shutting the wash down. She took my recipe and said she would refund my money. I told her that I wanted my money back and she said she could not do that. So it has been 8 days and no refund. So I guess Take 5 stole my money. I will never go back And I incurage everyone not to go to this business. Also going to post on Facebook

i went to wash my car had the best service my truck was clean the vacuums work great they pulled me to their mud pit first and took time to get the mud off my truck before sending me through the was. i always have a good time going up there the staff is amazing always make me laugh the site manager is always a big help and one of the works there eric is always ready for a conversation and to make everyone laugh i will continue to go there. thank yall

Was a member when it was cheetah car wash it was great when I started with them then went down hill. Hardly any employees there and the wash service was terrible. Then they sold to another company I called and canceled membership to cheetah and the new company has continued charging my account. I contacted them and they assured me that they would refund my money never happened. I finally had to go to my bank and cancel my debit card and get new card. If you have same problem save yourself the headache and just go to your bank

Lube shop is open 8-6 M-F, 8-5 on Saturday, 12-5 Sundays. Tunnel Wash is open 7:30-8 PM every day, weather depending. Laser (touchless) is open 24-7.
The wax that gets applied inside the tunnel is a highly advanced polymer blend that leaves no waxy residue on your vehicle and gives a longer lasting shine and protection. If you have any doubts about it then don't hesitate to ask any of the employees working there for a rewash. They would be glad to give you one before you leave property.
I asked the manager to come over to my vehicle & with his hand... feel the texture of the vehicle. He didn't do it. He would have felt that the texture of the paint was not consistent with a car wash with wax. Prior to Take 5 taking over ownership of the car wash, that problem did not exist. I'll give your car wash another opportunity to earn my business. Next time... if warranted... as you suggested... I'll ask for my car to be washed again... Thank you!
Yes there's a automatic drive thru wash. There a side were some employees will clean your vehicle themselves. Either way I think you'll be pleased
The next time you go get your car washed ask one of the guys there they can help you
