Please stay away!! Most of their hand vacuums and hand wash machines either don’t work well or don’t work at all. I told the young man with the pony tail that the vacuum stole my money and he sends me to another one, and that his boss isn’t there to give me a refund. I put money in the other one and it steals my money as well. You’re better off going to the car wash in Orange or New Haven. They’re practically stealing money at this point.

I came by and washed my own car and I went to an employee to know where to get microfiber towels because it was my first time there, that particular employee dismiss me twice telling me he doesn’t know and can’t help. In result of figuring it out on my own I found the microfiber towels and since the system is so cheap it spits out my quarters and I had to put it in again, and it kept dropping my coins and when picking it up I had I hit my head extremely hard against the vending machine near since this place is so cramped. All of this could’ve been avoided if I would’ve got some assistance. Now I’m on my way to the hospital to make sure if I need stitches or not. If I do I will press legal charges because that location where I hit my head has a camera and I’m sure it was caught on tape. This is the first and last time I will use this car wash, I highly regret coming here
