Joey does an excellent job and I do recommend him. He just upgraded an older 2015 17 in laptop for me and it works fantastic. Better than when it was new! Great job, Joey!Thank you sir glad we were able to get you all fixed up.

I was having an issue with my laptop over heating. They took it in and diagnosed it to be the fans. They made the repairs and did exceptional work. My laptop is like brand new. They will be my go to computer people from now on.Thank you Porter

I recently was having trouble with my Lenovo. I spoke with Joey on the phone, and after a couple questions he said to bring it in so he could look at it. A day or two after I dropped it off he told me that my CPU had failed. I called to discussed what my options were, and he was very professional and helpful in working through the repair/replace decision. I told him to go ahead and repair it, and he quoted $200. He said that that would include a new CPU and potentially new motherboard if he thought that it had caused the CPU failure. He had the work done within a couple days and I went by to pick up my computer. His wife was there and said that he was out on a service call, so I picked it up from her. When I got it home, I noticed that it was actually a completely new computer with very little wear. I was initially very pleased, but it quickly became apparent that this was lower-end version of the same model. It was missing a fingerprint scanner, which isn't a big deal to me. But the real issue is that it has a 1366 x 768 TN screen rather than the 1920 x 1080 IPS screen that I originally had (for those unfamiliar, TN screens are the crummy ones that came out in 1970-90s and are infamous for poor color rendering and viewing angle issues.) I figured that he hadn't realized that mine was an upgraded machine, so neglected to double check the specs. I texted him and asked if it would be possible to exchange screens, and told him that I would be willing to do the swap myself. He agreed and we set up a time for me to come by. When I got there, he wasn't there and a family member said he was out on a call. She handed me what looked like a comparable screen, but it had significant damage to one of the corners, with visible discoloration over a 2"-3" area. It also was a different finish than mine, so I told her that it wasn't the right one and that I would give Joey a call and come back later. I texted and called Joey multiple times over the course of about 3 hours and he never replied. I finally just gave up and made the 40 min drive back home. Later that night he texted an apology stating that there had been an emergency and that he wasn't able to make it back. I said no worries, and asked him to let me know when I could come back by, and as of a week later he hasn't replied. EDIT: Joey got in touch with me and I was able to get my original screen installed.
