I love this ship center. I always believed UPS was better and would always go to UPS rather than FedEx but this ship center right here changes the game for me. The people are so much nicer here than at UPS and UPS stores. The people at this Fed Ex seem to really care about their jobs and take pride in them. Thanks Chris for having an awesome and compassionate attitude. You make the world a better place. Remain kind and spirited Fed Ex employees. It DOES NOT go unnoticed. Good job hiring these individuals Fed Ex.

Terrible. My package was at the FedEx and when I went in the employee said he cannot get it for me because it would be too hard to find. Clearly they are not trained on customer service.

Very helpfull. Shipment was express service so instead of going to Johnston first and waiting till Monday, they found the package and allowed me to pick it up today Saturday July 9, 2022

Fed Ex will pick up packages from your home with schedule pick up options at Fedex.com Packages need to be properly labeled with shipping labels and secured packaging. This information is based solely upon my personal experience and subject to FedEx policies and current regulations.

A fedex driver went by my house twice this week while smoking. This does not look good for your company nor is it pleasant getting a package that smells like smoke. How do I report this?

As long as it's not a direct signature required, and you don't mind the PKG being left, you can leave a signed note and the driver will leave the PKG for you. Otherwise call the 800 nbr and see if it can be put on hold for you.
