Unfortunately I have to give this 2 stars. Normally don’t ever have a bad experience at Starbucks because Ms. Sheila has taken care of me. For whatever reason this day, another lady was making drinks and could not simply understand light ice for my Frappuccino. The first drink has so much ice it was frosted at the top. She remade the drink and it was then a cold coffee. Someone please help this location as they are truly in need of additional workers.

Walked in to do some homework on a cold day. Immediately left without ordering due to innane COVID rules that do not allow you to sit inside the place. Left the base and immediately found a starbucks I could sit inside of without a mask and get some work done. These rules are a poor excuse for employment to be lazy by not having to clean up after their customers. The COVID policies are especially bad on Fort Campbell even compared to other military bases.

This place is on post. It's convenient for those that love Starbucks and that are in the military. You can use your military star card if you have one. The staff is really nice, and inviting. They don't due the ordering ahead on Starbucks app. Of course due to covid you can't sit and dine in so only take out. There is no sitting area, you'll have to stand and wait. The busiest time is usually in the morning.

This is a fantastic Starbucks for families! They have a playground and splash pad right outside with shaded seating! They always have fun and creative drink options. Baristas are always friendly. Wonderful location!

You have to be 16 to work at Starbucks. A lot of young adults find it is a good place to work because of the atmosphere and popularity. It is also cool to learn how to be a barista. One thing to remember is to make sure you get the orders right and have a pleasant attitude. Smiling is very important but for anyone starting out in their 1st job, I would say dont rush and go with a job that you feel comfortable with, and isn't too overwhelming.
