The drive thru line was extremely long and barely moved. We decide to go inside and take out. We saw why it was taking so long: at least 5 employees joking around and not doing anything. A subway employee was leaning over the counter joking with the drive thru employees. When we entered we weren't acknowledged...ever! It took 2 minutes for an employee to look our way and take the order. Once the order was placed they did move fast with it. We also saw a now hiring sign for $12 . I hope yall hire good workers, mature workers, and a good manager to lead them, not play with the crew, like we witnessed

First stop here since Covid. I’ve never been comfy with drive thru or online ordering if food so I’ve waited till I could walk in, look at a real person and the food before ordering. Today was so so so good. First time trying a frozen chocolate. HIGHLY recommend. Although they don’t seem to have as wide a selection of specialty donuts as before(surely due to supply chain and other world catastrophes), I snagged some awesome maple glazed to add to my sugar/carb high lol. The lady at the counter was super sweet and great customer service. They were all very busy with the drive thru but looked like a great effort given by all there. Thanks y’all for a wonderful Sergio morning.

Mobile Ordered from this location, and picked up in drive thru. The iced coffee drinks were made correctly and available quickly.

This is the third visit this week that has been substandard and just gross. I have decided to never return. These were so dried out they were almost crispy! Because it’s drive thru only you never know what you’re gonna get. This gal won’t be running on Dunkin’.

I would say safety is more important than Donuts. I think it's fortunate that businesses are allowed to be closed to keep from risking the lives of their employees
