This company is a complete joke. Talked to customer service (in India) they assured me that if I brought back my bad product that is under warranty they would exchange it in store. I asked for an email confirmation of what he just told me. He couldn't send one. (this is the first red flag) I specifically called and asked about this as i did not want to get the usual run around Best Buy gives you when you bring things back. I brought it in, they start the exchange process, then all of a sudden another employee tells me I now have to make an appointment and bring them back in so it can be sent out. Normally I would have no problems with this but when i am told different things by different people working for the same company in a matter of minutes it becomes clear that everyone working here is incompetent and could care less about you or wasting your time. I was told that we have a 15 day exchange policy. Ok. I understand that, but your other employee told me that it wouldn't be a problem to have them exchanged. Best Buy does not stand by the products they sell unless you buy their warranty for extra $. Otherwise after 15 days they don't care about you anymore. This company is a joke, these employees are like robots reading from a script. I can't wait till they go out in the real world and have a real job with the horrible social, and critical thinking skills they lack. Do not buy anything here, save yourself the aggravation and purchase from ABT Electronics as they will stand by the products they sell and exchange them. As a long time Elite Plus member (which apparently means nothing at all) I will never step foot in this store again. Praying for the day the place goes out of business.

One star. You have to earn one star, same way you earn 5. You can have the best store in the world, if a store cannot answer their phone, aside from prompt after prompt after prompt, it serves little purpose. I only shop here when I have no other option. One of the worst customer service/phone systems I've experienced. My advice, shop where they give a $hit. Maybe where a real person answers the phone.

Edited my review to account for buy online and pick up in store. They have recently become competitive with amazon's prices, and I would rather support them than the MEGA CONGLOMERATE OVERLOADS at Amazon. Plus you can pick up same day. Screw Prime and all the lazy consumer dazzling BS. Best Buy has been there. Even though they have been downwards trending, they are making smart moves. I will support them more going forwards.

I had an in store pick-up for the earbuds I ordered but I got there way too early. Luckily I was able to switch it to a curbside pick-up and I received a text in 2 minutes advising that my order was coming out and to give the employee a four digit code they supplied me. A minute later the employee arrived. Great service and very fast. I also returned my previous earbuds in store three days prior. Store is very clean and employees are very helpful. Tried is a good best buy location!

Concept III stores in the Best Buy chain were created starting in 1995 so 1996 is accurate for the Geneva opening as it is a Concept III store. You cpuld confirm this with the Geneva Chamber of Commerce. An odd question for this forum to be sure.
