Visited 2 weeks ago. Service was excellent, unfortunately they did not have the color. According to what they said paid upfront for it to be shipped from warehouse. Waited for it and called. They then mentioned that the order was canceled. They never informed me nor refunded the money. I had to call to check on my order after 10 days and they responded with the above answer. I had to purchase another pair as I was going on a trip and needed sneakers. I hope the corporate office will look into this.

Hello there! Just a note to express my warmest thanks to the staff at your New Balance store in Avon, CT for their patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer service, most especially Laura and Zach. I also deeply appreciate your company’s overall dedication to complete customer satisfaction. Due to a foot stress fracture sustained this past fall, I needed extra attention and guidance in selecting the optimum fit. After several visits and consultations to try out a number of styles, sizes, laces, and insoles, I now proudly own two different pairs of NB shoes that are perfect for my needs (both work and leisure). Thanks to this positive experience, I fully intend to continue being a loyal (hopefully less difficult...) NB customer for life.
