DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to the store to upgrade my phones. I just wanted to use the promotion to trade in and keep my plan. Was told no problem, here are some promotions and I left happy. Then came my bill. 2 lines were added for someone I have no idea who they are. Contacted the AT&T fraud dept and I was told it was done by someone in the store. But the store wouldn’t help. Then I had several hundred additional $$ added to my bill for services I did not sign up for or want. Tried to work with the store again and no help. Left a message twice for the district manager. Nothing. Finally we go in person and I’m told nothing they can do, it’s just a high bill. There is something very very shady going on in this store, my bet it is so they get high commissions. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I will be filing with the BBB, corporate fraud, etc.

Horrible experience. Went in for an upgrade. Was talked into first net. Promised iPad and watch. Manager put down the store address for delivery. Not in my name. Opened a new phone line I didn’t get and now I’m getting bills from AT&T for new line I don’t have. In process of filing a fraud claim w AT&T. Because customer service can’t drop the line. Mean while I’m still getting charged for new line and iPad. It’s a scam and AT& t can’t seem to do anything about it. Don’t go with AT&T. I’m going back to Verizon as soon as I can

Worst customer service experience and the rudest employees ever. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this particular store cuz people working there are definitely not capable of providing decent service instead they try to take your money and send you to another store to fix the problem that they created. Someone needs to do something about employees there, this can’t go on.
