I had a filling Monday the 12th. Dr Hoppe did the filling. I found out that this was his first Day at New Dimensions. He and his Dental assistant,Toni worked like a team that had been together for years ! Professional and Knowlegable. When I need dental work again it will be a pleasure to see them Both .

I waited 6 months for an appointment when I showed up they told me they could no longer accept new patients. Extremely unprofessional. They agreed to see me as an emergency but did absolutely nothing besides charge my insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE

I was turned away by the lady at the front desk. since they are not accepting any new patients after being referred to them by a dr. Also ask anyone every time you call .. everyday for a week for hours the lines always busy. Last time I was there years ago they did minimal cleaning

One thing is that, in a business, First impression is the best impression. Seems that the employees know deeply that this is an ongoing problem, and yet they fail miserably to fix it, it a shame because the personnel know their job. Again, I must say, FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE BEST IMPRESSION.
