This place is a joke. I ordered on the app and I was to arrive an hour and a half before closing time. It was already paid for through the app. As I arrived I was told the do not have any more chicken. I asked for a refund since I already paid. They said to go through the app to get the refund. To this date the company STILL has not refunded me and they have lost my business permanently. The customer service sucks as well. Who’s best interest is at hand if there is no courtesy nor supplying a product after it was paid for, nor a refund for services not rendered? The customers best interest is definitely not at hand. I feel disrespected and taking advantage of. Since they chose to not refund a purchase that was never received, I have decided to hit them in there pocket by leaving multiple reviews. Karma. I have zero love for Popeyes. KFC is much better anyway.

Waited in line for at least 45 mins to an hour total. I tell the worker my order she repeats it back to me ok total is about $20. We wait longer definitely 15 or so. We get up to the window the girl asks did I have a 4pc meal. No so I repeat my order whatever accidents happen. She's completely lost, I don't know how she's lost. she had to of typed my order in to give me a total. I tell her my order she says she remembers it ok cool. We get home wrong sides and wrong sandwhich. Fries that we didn't order were cold and gross. Mashed potatoes had a crust on them. I would have taken the online survey but they gave me the refund receipt that the manager is supposed to sign because they also cashed me out wrong. If you can only handle 1 order at a time then only take 1 order. If people are going to wait for a long time the least that can happen is they get their order right.

Friendly, great chicken! I would have given 5 stars but the doors were locked so no one could go in (I needed a restroom). And with only the drive-thru open, the line should have gone faster.

Worst Popeyes in the area. Save time and get better food by driving to Fairview or St.louis side of the river. Placed order on app waited 20mins in drive thru to pick up because lobby was closed. Finaly make it home to feed the family i was missing 2 large sides , all my biscuits and chicken was mild not the spicy we ordered. Customer service is a joke, Noone will answer the phone at restaurant, online customer service wants to give me reward points on my account, but barely enough points to cover 1 large side much less the 2 I wad missing or anything else.

They've had signs up "Back Soon" for awhile now. Right over the picture on the drive through menu anyway.
Somehow, I don't think that's the kind of question Google had in mind for this feature. Although I will admit the drive through at this particular location is extremely slow.

I've seen reports saying they are all sold out untill September.
Everyone wears masks and all seating was blocked off. However, when I was there, they still didn't have dine in, but the state is now allowing dine in services, so it may have changed a bit.
