The cashier was really nice and efficient. He made sure I received the appropriate discount for the order. The other staff was efficient too. The restrooms were clean.

I don’t go to Panera because I really dislike how you do your ordering. They are simply too slow if you stand in line and you need to use the Kiosk. The menu is complicated enough that the order line turns into the equivalent of “Decaf Medium Roast Latte, half cream half milk 1 Splenda 1 sugar cane only …” well I hope you get my point.

It had been a while since I went to Panera and I was disappointed with my experience this time. The Caesar salad was incredibly minimal with tasteless lettuce, no croutons or Parmesan, and a dollop of dressing not mixed in. The 1/2 grilled cheese was a piece of ordinary white bread and what looked/tasted like melted cheese squares. In the past I remember being given a gala apple on the side, but this time it was a grainy red apple. Over $10 not well spent. Staff was friendly and service was prompt.
