When will we ever be able to get service and stop letting big companies take over and set our bills to whatever they want. I called and spoke to Ashley and she could not explain to me why my bill went up $27.00. I asked to speak to supervisor and she just hung up on me to avoid the call. She had no idea of why my bill went up and stated I was already getting a discount with just basic cable & internet $177.00???????? That's a deal? As i write this Spectrum doesn't care & it's the little people that have to start stepping up to the plate and stop taking this abuse for these companies. And I know everyone is going to say you need it, do we really?
