Just trust me and use the online store. The customer service area was good, and the salon is nice, but I'm 2/2 on checkout people just being very rude, and I am an easy "this is this price", "this is your total" kind of person. When it happened a couple of weeks back, I just went home and left it alone. This week I didn't talk to the person, because what is the point when you are that unhappy to be somewhere fixing it is hard. - I never write reviews either, but today had me actually uncomfortable.

The Great Satan

I came here for the sole purpose of getting my wife's watch battery replaced and I was surprised that they actually don't replace batteries for watches of brands they don't sell. The lady inside did direct me to a kiosk outside in the mall and they took care of it for me so I do appreciate that

Good deals, but it looks like they had a leak in the ceiling. Several parts of 2nd floor were blocked off and various equipment and buckets were out.

Though it's much different than back in the day, the quality is still the same. I love that I can get a good deal on good quality clothes and household goods, on top of the many sales they have. It may require a little searching when going inside the store but it's worth it. The rewards program is a treat too, and I have yet to have a problem with customer service. One of my go to department stores.
