My previous review: This is my favorite St. Germain breakfast spot. The employees are always cheerful and welcoming. I arrived soon after opening, so the server on duty didn't realize I had walked in. A regular customer seated me and wandered into the kitchen to let them know I was there. We had a nice laugh, and it was on to breakfast. 3 C's is a breakfast and lunch diner in the very best sense. The food is wonderful. (Pan-fried walleye with potato pancakes this morning.) I try new restaurants when I'm in the area, but this is the only place I'll visit a few times in one week. When I visit in October, the restaurant is always a little chilly; bring a jacket.

Breakfast was excellent today. Food was reasonably priced and the servings are generous. The strawberry jam that comes with the toast is sublime. 😊
