Zero stars for this Manager or as she calls herself, the General Manager. Horrible, Hostile Customer Service which was threatening in nature. She wouldn’t allow me to rent a Uhaul to help my friend move. She told me because my friend couldn’t rent one, I was guilty by association and that I wasn’t allowed to rent a vehicle to help him. She kept telling me I was on camera, like I was a criminal. She told me I might as well leave because she wasn’t going to rent to me and she was done discussing it. I haven’t had someone treat me this badly in a really long time. Don’t rent from this location! Fire this manager!

Reserved online, trucks showed available. Was suppose to do a mobile pick up but said equipment not assigned. Went inside stood in a hour line and was told he has vans but not sure where the keys are and the manager isn’t there and won’t answer her phone. Said he was already tired of working there. I asked about a $50 reservation guarantee and how to get paid the $50 he said he has no idea and sent me on my way. Horrible customer service.
