I must give kudos TO TARGET for making my online order and pickup experience, a pleasurable one. Rather than go and do the shopping myself, I placed my order and in no time at all, I received an email letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. Friendly associates brought my items to my vehicle and loaded them inside. I could not have asked for more.

Today at 12:27pm, my boyfriend and I stood in line to check out items at Target on 5959 Poplar Ave in Memphis, TN. The cashier was sitting down in a chair and on her phone helping a white lady and her daughter. The cashier insisted on finding a coupon code on her phone for a book the daughter was purchasing. They did not ask for that. The cashier complimented the daughter on a dress she was purchasing and took over five minutes assisting them then invited them to complete the survey. Once they left my boyfriend and I who are black, placed our items down and the cashier did not greet us or give us eye contact. All she did was tell us the total of our purchase. My boyfriend and I were very shocked at the difference in treatment and she didn’t mention completing the survey or anything to us because she knew she didn’t provide the same quality of service. The cashier is black as well and it is sad how she went over and beyond to help the white customers and barely acknowledged us. I am a target card holder and I have never experienced anything like this and I am very disappointed.

Very cold day today and i had my dog with me , and couldn’t leave her in the vehicle with heat running (we are in Memphis you can’t expect me to leave my car running ) so I brought her in with me and all the employees were super understanding and nice about it!

I visited the customer service desk tonight because my Target RedCard wouldn’t work. The young lady and young man that helped us were AMAZING. I just want to say thank you Target and keep being awesome. I wish I would have gotten their names but I was literally too in awe. I checked out 2.2.22 around 9:35pm, so whomever those two associates were, deserve a raise.
