I got bilked to March 17th 2020 but they closed due to virus March 16 at 8pm. I'm writing letters er now requesting money back and withdrawlingvfrom gym. I have 4cautoimmune diseases to chance going there.

Hi, Sebastian. We absolutely hear your concerns. We just wanted to take the time to let you know our logic behind requiring an EFT with your subscription. Cards are lost or stolen, or expire. The last thing we want to see is you accruing fees or not being able to access your membership benefits because of a card issue. Having your checking account tied to your account provides you with a backup in the worst case scenario! Please don't hesitate to reach out to management regarding our payment methods and memership types!
