Very over priced and they never have a complete receipt, just what everything together costs and what you pay, not a list of what you have and the price for each plus taxes

Didn't even get the $20 deposited owed to me was told that it paid for my cigarettes and didn't have a invoice ether so I paid $80 for a $40 room .

Very, very dirty and not worth the price, no matter how low. This is more of a rent-by-the-week kind of motel than anything else. These are sometimes fine establishments to affordably spend the night, but this place was just awful. This is largely because of how filthy it was. The room was suppose to be non-smoking, but had clearly been smoked in many, many times. After only a few hours in the room my clothes and hair smelled like stale smoke. Additionally, all of the surfaces in the room were covered in a film of dirt--even the nightstand and desk which you would think would have been wiped after the previous guest. The AC/Heater unit had a sticky dirt and dust coating--one that could have easily been removed with a sponge and some soapy water. The shower curtain had dark stains and splotches. This is not just the fault of the daily cleaning staff, it indicates that the motel owners do not do any kind of regular, thorough cleaning of these rooms. It was the kind of dirt you find when you move into an apartment that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned before you arrive--indicating that these are more "rent by the week" living quarters than "rent by the night" hotel/motel kind of rooms. Though I didn't feel unsafe, the place does nothing to provide any air of safety. The doors are just simple lock-and-key, no card/electronic entry and no deadbolt. There is a chain lock and I asked to switch rooms because the chain lock on first room was broken. The woman at the front desk indicated it was no big deal and that I shouldn't need the chain, but did provide me a different room. The door on the second room didn't close all the way unless you shoved it just right because the screws were popping out of the face plate. Not wanting to both the front desk lady again with my silly safety concerns, I grabbed a screw driver from my car and fixed it. The wifi is good and the towels were clean. But honestly, it doesn't matter how cheap a room it, it should not be so disgusting. You can find very cheap motels throughout the US that are dated and even a little dilapidated, but not this filthy.

We weren't sure of our arrival time but the staff was awesome. You get what you pay for as far as the state of the room, things are a little outdated and the windows don't open, but the beds were clean and very comfortable and the shower was hot with a good amount of pressure. For this price this is an awesome hotel. Honestly, the guy at the front desk was so nice.
