Don’t let the exterior deter you from this hotel. I was skeptical when I first stopped and went into the office. It was 90+ degrees outside and all I wanted was a good nights sleep. Room #29 had the absolute best AC I have ever come across in a hotel room. The bed was perfect. So much so I didn’t want to leave. The linens were clean and crisp. The family that owns/manages the hotel were awesome. I will stay here again. 5*****

Fine and dandy place to sleep! Very clean and comfortable. Retro Harvest Gold bathtub was ok, by me. The outside had a 1970's look (like the bathtub) but it was a fine place for a tired traveler to lay your head. Old school type motel key was cool. Great Mexican restaurant across the street.

The hotel room was dirty. Beds were clean though. I did a through check of both beds for bed bugs. When I check I check every inch of the room including the base and underneath the bed frames. No signs of current bed bugs but dead crickets, carpet Beatles, cigarette butts,food waterbottle , dirt, dust and hair were all along and underneath the bed. The shower seemed clean but the base of the toilet had urine around it. Carpet was stained and there was wet nail polish all over the wall and carpet. This is what happens when you book a room with low prices but I was out of options. Good thing I was there only to sleep. That first night I didn't get any sleep because of worrying about the nastiness. People were friendly though. Hopefully it was only my room that was like this.

Room feels very dated. Could have been cleaned better. There were crumbs on the corner of the box springs. Easy off & on from I-70. But it is what I expected for the price.
