As an ECE Educator for over 10 years, I had the wonderful experience of working alongside with Ms. Pearl. I must say she goes above and beyond for all of her students and families in her program. Her Family Daycare is always neat, clean, and she is always well prepared. Her lesson plans are meaningful, and well prepped for all ages. Working with Ms. Pearl I could see the bonds she genuinely had with all her students. I highly recommend her Family Daycare without any hesitation! As an infant toddler specialist, a coach and a mentor, I can only say that this is one of the kindest and intentional professionals I have had to honor to meet. It is mesmerizing to see how a provider could be devoted in such a way that surpasses many parameters. I can say that the environment of a program could always be changed, but what is in her heart, is truly embedded. I personally admire how this provider ensures to nurture children's social emotional perspectives before moving on to the academics. Stay focused and continue doing such an amazing work.
