I want to give zero stars to the non-professionals because of how the receptionist treated me. She needs to figure out how to respect someone without making fun of them. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. Do not go to this office if you value your time, money, or health.

Takes about 1-2 hours on hold before you can talk to someone, made an appt to establish primary which was then canceled on me the week of via voicemail and when I tried setting up another appt I can’t even get someone on the phone to talk to me, left several voicemails with contact info and have called multiple times of the day as well as multiple days now worst experience trying to establish a doctor in this area

I didn't get her name, she sounded older I believe, but one of the receptionists here is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I could understand if I had an attitude but I didn't, I was just trying to book an appt and she said they were completely booked and didn't know when was the next available slot, with such a horrible tone!! These are the people patients first talk to, and they're driving business elsewhere. If that's their customer service, I definitely don't want to come here and put my health in their hands.

The staff has a high turnover .i was a patient for 15 yrs. At one appointment they were closed due to a snow storm . My medicab left me atranded in 2 feet of snow. Yet they can robocall to remind you of appountments . I had missed a few appointments and at one visit i was trying to get the doctor to prescib antibiotics for a toith . He isisted i see their dentist . Two weeks later i had a ragin infection and was diagnosed with severe adnoidosis . The final strw was wen i called to say i would be late.the bus had skipped a run . They canceled me as i was walking in the doir door do to too many missed appointments. They have really gone down hill . I recommend that you know something about medicine if you choose to use them. . Because they dont have the best or brightest docors ..
