Had to stop by the bank today pressed on time. All the bankers booked up. Very busy had no time to come back. Glaicel Cuyugan was able to squeeze us in to cancel our safety deposit box right before we would’ve had to reschedule for another day. Thanks Amillion great job.

I'm relocating to Reno and I scheduled an appointment to open business account at this branch. I received a call to change my appointment and while on the phone I confirmed what paperwork I needed and that they could actually open me an account. I arrive for my appointment and was made to wait an extremely long time to eventually have them tell me they were refusing to open a business account because my business was brand new. I asked to speak with the branch manager and was told she was too busy to talk to me but *MIGHT* be able to call me back the next day.

Although I can't say they weren't friendly, the employees at this branch are dumber than a box of rocks. My preposterous dream of depositing a check was met with confusion and ineptitude. I had to meet with three different people to get it taken care of. Avoid these idiots at all costs.
