went for hair cut waited my turn about 30 minutes. as getting up for my turn told no we have two trims do first. neither scheduled. Told me to wait. Think it sucks, if have policy for special clients you should post it. will not be returning

Online check-in is a sham I work within 300 feet of the Sports Clips. Checked in online for first available and was informed 0 minutes wait time. Showed up within 90 seconds of checking in and there were 5 people ahead of me and my time on the tv was 17 minutes... There is no honoring the online check-in, it is still a first come first serve type of basis which renders checking in online completely useless. I was unaware of this, which i see now is my fault. I even spoke with Customer Service and they informed me that the online check-in is rarely accurate and shouldn't be used... WHY OFFER SUCH A SERVICE?!?

Every stylist is amazing, pretty sure we've seen all of them. The girls are great with my 5yo and are friendly. The cut is always what we ask for and never had an issue in the 2years we've been coming here
