Had broken my old phones screen pretty badly and it’s not a phone most companies carry (asus), replacement costs are pretty expensive, so I decided to upgrade instead.Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with a new activated phone. She offered to help transfer info as well, I declined as I know how to do it.

I needed to change my service plan and phone to comply with a new auto insurance policy. This location is near my insurance agent. Gicel was excellent taking care of me. She verified the needed insurance app loaded properly, patiently answered my questions, and efficiently processed all aspects of the sale. Overall excellent job.
