This place is disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. Smells of urine. If you care for your loved ones I do not recommend. There's no staff coordination, supervisor seems clueless and nurses are just standing around texting on their phones. Receptionist didn't have a clue as to what patient was coming in or what room to go to. When I complained of the smell of urine through the halls all they did was spray air freshener. It's out dated, dirty linen, supervisor couldn't help when I asked. I walked in with my dad and within 5 min I walked right back out. I couldn't do it. When checking my Dad in the nurse checked his blood pressure and sugar standing in the middle of the hall. Smh. No Bueno. It's like a horror movie in there.

My nephew, Timothy Washington and my Neice Ivette Parker have been residents at the Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation for a many years. They are healthy, Happy and are cared for by the staff. So I want to give a Special Thank You and Commend the staff at the Bushwick Center for their Loyalty, Commitment and a Special Blessing for the care that they have shown and given to each resident throughout the years at the Bushwick Center.

It's open 24 hours and you can visit Sunday's now. The hours have changed due to covid. Best thing to do is call and ask the front desk guy.
I'm in the Rehabilitation Center for Physical therapy. That the 1st Purple Canopy on the right. The Center is great, the staff helps you beyond and above the call of duty. Staff is super as they motivate you for better quality of life. I would recommend this Rehabilitation Center to anyone.
They have recreation. The residents can choose to participate or not. They have movie nights or day. They have bingo. Etc. I saw the recreation list on the wall and i have a family member thats there. And they tell me they join in on the activities. The food however, I've heard is disgusting. And that bothers me. They give the residents low budget kosher meals. You can report them too so a surprise inspection could be made.
Yes
Yes they do. You have to go through the agency first though
