So I went here today based on the positive reviews, however my experience was just meh. For $40 I expected to have my cuticles cut, my nails wiped down after they dried, a brief hand massage and hot towel. None of this happened. It was a very “trust the process” moment. I was asked to wash my hands and then I was asked what color do I want? Well, since I was doing powder dip I needed to see the colors - apparently this was a bother to the man who did my nails because he acted like he was doing me a favor. Once the color was chosen he immediately started the dip process. It wasn’t Until after that he shaped them quickly. But my cuticles were never cut, the dip under my nails were never cleaned out, nothing. For $40, which is the price I pay at home in Westchester county the whole process takes 1 hour. This took him 25 mins at best. I still tipped $10 but I’ll never be back.
