THEY HAVE LOST A DEDICATED CUSTOMER. I actually followed them to this new spot. They are very nice indeed. After spending over $200 on supplies, I called to complain about what the mom told me was “pure oil and more expensive.” Well, to me it was pure some kind of liquid and NO oil. Long story short she hung up on me after saying “she’s never had one complaint.” Wow! What really hurts is this is the kind of treatment that WE are use to. We could have found a resolve without her treating me that way. I’m never going back.
