This is the worst hospital ever. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the pediatric department for approximately 2 months. Endless phone calls and no one returns any of my calls. Rep states that email was being sent to doctor for a follow up and I haven’t heard anything. The absolute worst. Most of the people answering the phones have no phone etiquette at all. I’m moving my children from here. Adios!
