Walked up to the front counter in my work uniform to order my lunch and the lady said to place my order on the flat touch screen behind me. I was hungry and had no time to figure that out on my 30min lunch break from work. No other Mcdonalds operate like this one. I walk out the door.

Today i was waiting on 4 sausage egg mc muffins w/ caramel frappe. It took them 45mins to give me my food. And so we asked for the manager and she didnt even let us talk to her. So we asked the other worker do she speak English she said no but soon as she gave us are food it was cold. So we told her we want are money 🔙. But she just told the other co worker that she dont speak English or dont understand it. Nd yes we complain bt it

They are extremely slow. There drive through is slow, they don’t do first come. So unorganized, and the food is trash, and lastly don’t know how to make their coffee and mocha correctly. Order a sandwich and it was extremely hard, they know what they are doing, they just don’t care.

This morning I stopped at this McDonald’s to get a coffee with a muffin! We try placing our order and there was no respond I went around the building two times and there was a lady inside and to be honest we did not know what was going on if they were close if they were open if she didn’t have her headset! It would have been nice if she should Had say we are close at least so we can know 👎
