Visited this location on 08/15/2021 at 1:00pm. Places my order at the drive thru 2 vanilla shakes, 1 iced coffee and 2 frozen coffees. Did not get out of the drive thru until 1:34pm...all of my drinks were horribly made. The shakes had chunks of ice in them,the frozen coffees were bitter and too sweet. Our drinks were waiting on the counter for minutes and we had to knock on the window to get someone's attention horrible service

One of the busiest locations in Homewood, staff is great and so is the coffee. The only downside to this location is the drive thru, if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer it's almost impossible to squeeze your way through, very poor design...many cars beat up their bumpers trying to get coffee... Take care of your employees and customers and everyone would be happy
