If I pull out my American Express to pay... I think I want to use that! Refusing to let me use it, forcing me to sign up for a Kohl's Credit Card (When I already have one) and not letting me pay the way I wanted, forcing me to use the Kohl's Credit Card when I DON'T WANT TO USE IT, then forcing me to scratch off coupons to use with my Kohl's Credit Card that I DID NOT WANT TO USE today.

Not as much inventory as usual. Probably due to shipping backlog. Dropped some labels that we older shoppers really liked. It looks like stock is selected for the younger generation and for the plus size women now. It looks like a totally different management philosophy than previous years. Mens selection was much better than womens.

Not sure. Take a look online and they grab it for you with in store pick up.
You can first purchase the items and then try them on in the bathroom that is in the back left of the store by the customer service exchange/refund area. Then what you dont want you can give to the refund/exchange. 😁😁
