My Aunt passed away last June and was buried shortly after. I paid for burial shortly before her passing. A headstone was ordered and paid in cash last August. Friends and I have come to visit her grave. As of yesterday, there is still no headstone and no grass. Dried up dirt and over grown weeds are the only thing there. My grandparents have plots next to her and there stone is barely visible. I understand with cold weather it's hard to break ground, but it's July,. On a side note Latonia and staff were great when planning, but there after the burial it seems like we were forgotten about. I left a voicemail with my disapproval and was told an order would be put in right away. I wonder why it wasn't taken care of once the stone was ready and if I hadn't seen the bare grave, would it ever been finished. I will be selling the last plot.

2 years ago my family lost the best member of our family my pops and Latonia was there to hold us together for that and many other reasons she will never be forgotten. 2 years later today the family decided to put dads ashes to rest and DEBBIE was there to hold us together. Debbie has been a huge help not only with helping me to prep for today but to also just listen and to give me a hug when I needed it the most. It was a huge comfort to have Debbie by our side today. Debbie helped so much in such a short period of time for this Debbie will be remembered by my family and by me for years to come (we will never forget her kindness and compassion). I can never thank Debbie or Latonia enough.

The administration staff is amazing, caring and thoughtful. It is comforting to know that my parents are interned at a place where they truly care for your loved ones that have passed.

Incompetent and appalling. The 1st quote we received to inter my mother's ashes in her burial plot belonged to another family and included their contact info. Letonia straightened that out. We needed to choose a burial urn and Letonia texted the office person a blurry picture of her hand holding color swatches for the marble urns. I had to ASK that a brochure of their urn choices be emailed to me. When I signed the contract the office person tried to give me a receipt for a payment that I had not yet given. The date and time of my mother's burial was told (and texted) to the office person that same day. It then took them weeks to figure out my mother's headstone was already inscribed and in a warehouse out of state. The office person forgot I had an appointment to sign the IOA a week before the burial. On that day, she called and asked if the service was on the coming Friday. When I said it was the next day, she said I must pay $299 more for a Saturday burial. When I got there to sign the IOA she told me it was actually $299 PLUS $499. This was 5 weeks after we signed and and paid the contract in full. I refused to engage with the incompetent office person, signed the IOA and left. On the day our mother's ashes were to be interred we arrived to find Letonia and 2 workers standing, arms crossed, looking impatient and angry, with a wheel barrel full of soil next to my mother's grave. Letonia informed us we were late and asked if we were going to speak or "do anything". I told her yes and my family and I gathered around my mother's sloppily arranged urn stand and proceeded. The workers and Letonia remained standing there, about 6' from my family and the grave, with a wheelbarrow full of soil, and glared at us the entire time, while we said our words of remembrance and prayers, and said goodbye. They could not wait for everyone to leave and proceeded to put the urn in the grave and dump in the soil while family members were still present. Disgusting. Appalling. Grossly Incompetent.

Okay thanks, for some reason I thought it was called Abraham Lincoln Cemetary! My mistake!
